Hi, I'm Josiah!

I work with adults navigating complex trauma, dissociative experiences, and the aftermath of religious or high-control group environments. My approach is relational, depth-oriented, and integrative, drawing on multiple frameworks and modalities including attachment theory, parts work, psychodynamic and psychoanalytic, EMDR, and clinical hypnosis. This includes attention to the body as a source of information and healing, and the use of art and creative expression as a way of giving voice to parts of the self that words alone may not reach. Central to my work is building safety through attunement, an ongoing awareness of power dynamics, and deep respect for the complexity of who you are and how you've come to be that way. I hold over 170 hours of advanced post-graduate training in trauma and dissociation, including the ISSTD Advanced Professional Training Program. I work with people in Oregon and Washington.
