Since graduating with my master's in social work four years ago, I've had the opportunity to work with children and families in the education, child welfare, and crisis mental health systems. I adhere to the belief that mental health services must be inclusive of everyone regardless of race, gender identification, socio economics, sexual orientation, or religion. I utilize a strength based approach to mental health interventions; each individual is an expert of their own life and should guide the direction for which they wish to make change.
