Felicia Ostrowski, LMHC

Hello I’m Felicia Ostrowski (She/Hers). I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Washington and in New York and I am also a national certified counselor (NCC) through the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). I have experience working with a wide range of adults with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, psychosis, trauma and substance use. I utilize a strengths-based, person-centered approach which allows me to meet you where you are at. This also means I will often change my therapeutic modality to best match the person I am currently working with. I am experienced with providing gender-affirming and trauma informed therapy. I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). In session, I hope to act as a motivator and a tool box, allowing people to find new coping skills, attain their goals, and find an improved quality of life. These sessions are a safe space where you can express your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.
