As the founder of E’Volve Counseling and Therapy, I provide compassionate support to individuals (ages 16 to 65+) and couples from all walks of life. I am committed to creating an affirming and inclusive space for people of all cultures, races, gender identities, and lived experiences. My approach centers on promoting holistic wellness—addressing cognitive distortions, life stressors, and relational patterns to help clients move toward meaningful, self-defined goals. I believe in meeting each person where they are, honoring their story, and supporting them in building healthier connections—with themselves, their loved ones, and the world around them
