I am licensed as a clinical social worker in Oregon and Washington State. As a certified ADHD clinical services provider, I specialize in diagnosing and treating ADHD in high-performing women.

As a survivor of religious abuse, a toxic workplace, divorce, and breast cancer, I also specialize in post-traumatic growth. Did you know that after going through a difficult experience you are significantly more likely to experience post-traumatic growth than post-traumatic stress disorder? My trauma training, combined with extensive personal experience in learning to thrive after trauma allows me to be a compassionate and knowledgeable support as you learn to do the same. Humans are very resilient, and I know you are, too. I’ll help you tap into that resilience.

My education includes a master’s degree in social work from Portland State University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Fresno Pacific University. I’ve been a nonprofit leader for an international humanitarian organization, a self-employed communications consultant, and co-founder of an art gallery and co-working space.

Becoming a therapist came later in life for me, which allowed me to wander and gain a full spectrum of life experiences that I now bring to my practice. I love to learn about what makes you tick, get into the details that matter, and connect the dots.
