My name is Cleo (she/they) and I am a Narrative-focused, Person-centered Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA). I received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Oregon State University. I provide counseling services for clients of all ages, genders, and identities primarily via Telehealth.
My approach working with clients is tailored to each person's unique identity and life story. Empathy and curiosity form the cornerstone of my practice. My clients can expect to be treated with compassion and given an open space to explore their significant stories/beliefs, emotions, strengths and fears, barriers and solutions. In all sessions and situations, I believe you, the client, are the expert on your life. Through collaboration and reflection, we can enrich your personal story with joy, opportunity, possibility, and empowerment, to enact lasting change and growth.
