Bio

I believe therapy is most meaningful when it offers a welcoming and supportive environment where you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self. My hope is to foster a place where you can explore your experiences, deepen your self-understanding, and move toward meaningful growth.

My approach is holistic and collaborative, recognizing that each person’s experiences, needs, and goals are unique. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, incorporating concepts and techniques from person-centered therapy, somatic approaches, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB). Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be impacting your life while building greater self-awareness and connection with yourself and others.

Areas of focus

I work with adolescents and adults navigating a variety of life experiences and challenges, including: Anxiety and depression, Complex trauma and attachment wounds, Grief and loss, Interpersonal difficulties, Identity exploration, LGBTQ+ identity and experiences, Life transitions and adjustment, Neurodiversity and neurodivergent experiences, and Self-esteem/self-compassion.
