Amy received her M.S. in Counseling from Portland State University in 2013 and has been working in private practice with Real Life since 2017. Amy works with teens and adults and specializes in addressing anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, life transitions, body image, self-esteem, and stuck points that keep people from reaching their true potential.
