I believe change happens when we identify our values and alter our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to honor those values. Concerns and dissatisfaction happens in life when our values do not match our reality.
In my years as a therapist, I’ve had the opportunity to support individuals and families who value their relationship with their children and want to give them the world. I enjoy coming alongside families and identifying how the strength of the child and parent can work together to grow a stronger bond and a healthier communication in the home.
Some of the specific issues I’ve worked with are: anxiety, depression, navigating IEP and gaining academic support, school refusal, gender identity and trans issues, sexual orientation, behavioral concerns, divorce, sibling rivalry, sexual assault and abuse, autism spectrum, blended families, broken parent/child relationships, foster parenting, adoption, parent skills programs(Incredible Years), attachment concerns, family secrets, enmeshment, peer relationships, death or estrangement of a parent, obesity, and attention deficit disorder.
I am honored to partner with you in discovering your personal strength and building and restoring your relationships.
